[Feat] 芯片封装图页面查看特定外设所能使用的引脚

  • 功能需求来源：客户小天鹅；
  • 功能：输入外设名称，点亮此外设所能使用的所有引脚
  • 修改内容：
升级08_func_pin_search_map.json；
升级generate_pin_func_map.py，将外设名下的所有引脚收集起来；
